Shipping
How much does the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over 200€ to all the European Union.
Spain: 6.50€
Europe: 15€
Rest of the World 40€ *
* Any import customs tax and duty (if any) will be payable by the customer on items shipped outside the EU

Where do you ship to?
Orange & Olive delivers throughout the world. All deliveries are dealt with by DHL.
Delivery lead-times and costs will vary depending on the area:
- Spain: 1 to 2 working days by DHL. Cost: 6.50€ flat rate
- European Union : 2 to 3 working days by DHL. Cost 15€ flat rate
- United States, Japan: 2 to 5 working days by DHL
- Other countries: please ask our customer service.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with your DHL tracking number. You can track the status of your package on www.dhl.com. Otherwise, you can contact us by e-mail on sales@orangeandolive.com or by phone at +34649935579 Monday to Friday, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

Packaging:
Your order will be sent wrapped in tissue paper, inside one of our exceptional boxes and finished with a hand tied raphia ribbon.
If you wish to send someone a gift, let us know on checkout and take advantage of our free wrapping and personalized handwritten note.
Secure payment
Payments in our website can be made by credit card or with a Paypal Account.
In order to guarantee a secure and pleasant shopping experience, we use PAYPAL technology. All your credit card or payment information will be handled, scripted and protected by PAYPAL. We do not store any credit information.
Once you choose to checkout, you will be redirected to PAYPAL’s website, where you will enter your credit card details or your PAYPAL username and password.

How can I pay?
You can pay for your order by credit card. You will need to indicate on the payment page your name, card number and expiry date.
Orange & Olive will not hold your credit card details on the website. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, we work with PAYPAL to provide secure credit card transactions via the Internet.
If you would rather not enter your credit card details on the web, you may contact us anytime at sales@orangeandolive.com or call us at +34 649 935 579 Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 4.00pm. You can equally pay by Bank transfer. For our bank details, please send a mail to sales@orangeandolive.com
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange all products ordered on orangeandolive.com within 15 days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Items must be returned with all tags and labels still attached. Sorry, we cannot accept items that have been worn or soiled or if the tags have been removed.
If you wish to return or exchange an item you simply need to send us an email at sales@orangeandolive.com and ship the product back to us. Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email.
You will be reimbursed the purchase price less the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
How do I choose the right size?
For your online shopping convenience, we offer a detailed clothing size chart. Just click on the link “sizing” below right.
Our size chart is available in both inches/pounds and centimeters/kilograms. If you are unsure about size, please take your measurements. Doing so will greatly reduce the guesswork - and the need to return something that doesn't fit! If you have any questions regarding sizing or the fit of a garment, please contact us at info@orangeandolive.com
How do I look after my Orange & Olive clothes?
Please check the care label on every piece of clothing for details on how to look after your clothes. However, if you have any special doubt you can always contact our Customer Service department at info@orangeandolive.com
Do you offer a gift service?
Yes, we do. With absolutely no additional cost for you, we will carefully wrap the garment in tissue paper, put it inside one of our exceptional boxes and finish it with a hand tied raphia ribbon. We can include a personalized hand written message from you.
It is very easy to do, just enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address on checkout, and let us know it is a gift when you are asked.
